DEPICTION: An Octopus representing Erasmus the patron saint of sailors is gently held in the safety of a sailors cupped hands (Sergei from roman Sergius: servant & protector). Rays of golden shimmering light (metallic glitter in varnish) emanate from Erasmus. Sergei wears only a sailor’s hat bearing a Jolly Roger skull with a crossed Trident and Shepherd’s Staff. He is covered in tattoos of sea creatures, a cat, a rabbit, pugilist frog, flowers and stars. Letters spell out “high tide” across his fingers. There is a lagoon in the background with a small atoll visible on the left and the wide open sea on the right. Eight sea birds and two high altitude jet planes with vapour-trails plus some clouds are in the sky. An arrangement of marine plants (neptunes necklace, Rhodophytes and a coral branch) with two seashells and a hermit crab brace the bottom.
