Patrick White, Tasman

Patrick finds inspiration for his work in the small and unusual things that he finds in the environment.

It may be material left on the high tide line or the skeleton of a fish washed up, most of his work is produced using very fine pen and ink with washes of colour. Although the subject matter is often depicted in a realistic manner he looks at it as being almost abstract.
