Mug Off competition entry from Stephen Nickalls from Nelson.
All my work starts with sculpting or carving stamps. Some of these are very simple and some detailed. However, It always seems to be the simple ones I find myself coming back too and using over and over again. I use these stamps in combination to create surface texture for the glazes to pool and run over.
