Collection: Natalie Holland

 Natalie is a textile artist from Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington. 
She produces bright and colourful textile art pieces inspired by the designs and motifs of hiapo (Niuean tapa cloth) which links to her Niuean heritage (from Hikutavake). 
She makes punch needle and tufted pieces using only 100% NZ wool in her little 
studio at home, aka The She Shed.
Her punch needle pieces feature intricate depictions of hiapo patterns containing both botanical and geometric elements, whereas her tufted pieces often feature just one hiapo motif, in bold, bright colours of NZ rug wool.
