Shipping in New Zealand
Most items already have a standard shipping price however, some large items require additional shipping fees. Please feel free Request a Shipping Quote.
We use PBT Couriers to deliver our products with track and trace within New Zealand and NZ Post for international service. This postal service does not include tracking on international orders.
You should receive your product within 5 working days of placing your order if it is going to a New Zealand address.
PO Box and Rural Delivery
PO Box and rural delivery will need to have additional charges added. you can contact us by phone or Request a Shipping Quote.
International Shipping
We DO ship internationally, feel free to Request a Shipping Quote.
We have a special shipping rate of $20 NZD for Jewellery sent to Australia (insurance included, shipping 5 – 10 days). Our Shipping is calculated by a weight table, if an order exceeds our table limit we will contact you with a personalized shipping quote. Please be aware that you may have additional charges like VAT or import tax. We cannot take responsibility for these added costs.
For other international orders please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
The Coolstore Gallery has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. You are solely liable for these charges.
Please allow a couple extra working days when ordering framed prints or larger items.
